For users who are just starting out using cloud resources, access to the Learning Project is available.
In this project, the following are available to the user:
- images of the basic operating systems that the user can use to create virtual servers;
- virtual server templates with minimal resources (1 or 2 processors and 10GB of disk space);
- Virtual servers are created only on the internal network and do not have a real IP address. Access to the Internet is provided by OpenStack;
- limit on the number of simultaneously running virtual servers = 10.
In addition, the user is not able to upload their own virtual server images to the project. To upload their own virtual server images to the Learning project, the user must contact the cloud cluster administrator.
A separate project is created for users who already have experience in using cloud resources. The name of the project, the list of virtual server images, the virtual server templates with the indication of resources should be indicated in the registration form. In such a project, the user is given the opportunity to download their own virtual server images. In addition, restrictions that are specified for the Training project may be removed.
